Hi, my name is Larry Shultz. For the last few years I’ve been trying to help America and help my family prepare for a future when world population demand for oil begins to exceed world oil production output, resulting in economy-disrupting regional oil shortages and sky-high oil and gasoline prices.
The only way to fix this looming problem is for America to produce more oil here at home – starting as soon as possible.
Most Americans do not realize that there are over 1-trillion barrels of recoverable oil locked up in America’s vast but currently untapped oil shale rocks and tar sands resources in Utah, Colorado and Wyoming.
Because all prior art oil extraction technologies proposed by the oil and mining industries require massive amounts of burning hydrocarbons to make heat and consuming vast amounts of water to literally boil the oil out of the rocks and sands (while still leaving the sands contaminated with oil in massive tailing ponds) – these methods were rejected by environmentalists and government regulators (which is why the American tar sands and oil shale mining industries have been dormant for 40 years).
If America want to harness these valuable tar sands and oil shale resources – then we are going to need a water-less oil/bitumen/kerogen extraction technology to pass EPA regulations.
I spent the last few years working with numerous companies and inventors who claimed they had the “holy grail” water-less solution to extract oil/bitumen/kerogen from tar sands and oil shale rocks – yet these solvent technologies always had one flaw or another that their promoters either tried to hide or protect to an extent that was detrimental to getting something done.
After one of these solvent ventures that I helped to form ended up in failure because the partners could not effectively work together -- I was fortunate to meet a man who really knows the oil business and solvent technology because he’s worked with solvents and new technologies his whole career: Glenn McGinnis is a chemical engineer who, over the last 30 years, worked in the Canadian Oil Sands and managed billion-dollar oil refineries in the USA and Caribbean. As a refinery manager, McGinnis spent millions of dollars over the years developing new solvent and catalyst technologies to increase operating efficiency at his oil refineries.
Now his company, UOR, owns a solvent process that can also be used to extract bitumen from America’s tar sands and oil shale resources. Accordingly, I introduced the UOR solvent to a company which owns proprietary tar sands and oil shale processing equipment technology -- with the hope that UOR will provide its solvents and the equipment company will provide its water-less tar sands and oil shale processing equipment to tar sands-rich and oil shale-rich property owners and developers around the world.
Here is a video of the Tar Sands Bitumen/Oil Extraction technology being developed by UOR: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YO0B3hg4mPU
For those in the know – a water-less oil extraction technology is the Holy Grail that the American Tar Sands and Shale Oil industries have been waiting for – because Water-scarcity is the number one issue used by Environmentalists to stop development of America’s vast tar sands and oil shale properties in Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Texas, South Dakota, etc.
Since the UOR technology does not consume vast amounts of natural gas or water to boil oil out of rocks -- and what water it does need can be extracted from the input ore – UOR undercuts all of the environmental red-flags and concerns that are being used as the basis for environmental lawsuits that delay and scare investors away from extracting the raw oil that America needs from its vast but currently untapped tar sands and shale oil resources.
In the past few months, UOR entered into licensing and equipment-manufacturing/supply deals with a major U.S. tar sands property owner in Utah and a major oil sands property owner in Africa – whereby they will use UOR’s turn-key solvent+equipment oil/bitumen/kerogen extraction systems on their tar sands/oil sands properties.
These tar sands and oil sands agreements were consummated because both parties separately conducted comprehensive in-lab due diligence where they tested UOR’s solvent and processing methods with their own unique Utah and African tar sands materials. They witnessed first-hand and later received the certified lab test results confirming that UOR’s solvent-based extraction method removed 99.99% of the hydrocarbons from the input tar sand rocks – leaving the sand clean enough under EPA rules to remediate the mine-site or be sold as a fracking-proppant or for cement.
